Pro subscription: Premium features are available via a paid subscription processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

The 3TABZ name, logo, App, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by 3TABZ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain full ownership of the health data you input into 3TABZ. We do not claim any ownership over your personal health information.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3TABZ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
