Living with diabetes
General information — not medical advice
Emergency? Call your local emergency number now (for example
911 in the US and Canada,
999 in the UK,
112 in the EU and Nigeria) or go to the nearest hospital. 3TABZ is not an emergency or medical service.
General information — not medical advice. Always follow your doctor or pharmacist.
The IDF Diabetes Atlas (2024) estimates about 3 million adults in Nigeria live with diabetes (IDF). Taking medicines at the right times, with or without food as instructed, is a big part of staying well.
How 3TABZ can help
- Dose reminders timed around meals, and a meal planner built around your medicine times and budget (general guidance only — ask your doctor or a dietitian if you use insulin).
- Log blood sugar and see your readings over time; share a report with your clinic.
- Food rules from official labels (for example, medicines to take with food).
- Care partners can be alerted if a dose is missed.
Get help immediately if you have
confusion, fainting, fits, very high or very low sugar readings that don't improve with your care plan, vomiting and unable to keep fluids down, or fast breathing. Call 112 or go to hospital.
