Common questions

Open the app, navigate to a medication in your collection, tap on it to view details, then tap "Add Reminder." You can set one-time or recurring reminders. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device's settings for 3TABZ.

Yes. 3TABZ supports multiple collections within a single account. You can create a separate collection for each family member — for example, "Mum's medications" or "John's prescriptions." Each collection is managed independently with its own schedules and reminders.

Absolutely. All your health data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your data to third parties, advertisers, or insurance companies. You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time from Settings → Privacy & Data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

The AI feature provides general information about your medications — such as what they're commonly used for, typical side effects, and general guidance. It is powered by OpenAI and is for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice from your doctor or pharmacist. Always consult a healthcare professional for clinical decisions.

Subscriptions are managed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account — not through 3TABZ directly. To cancel: on iPhone, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → 3TABZ → Cancel. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → 3TABZ → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged.

Try these steps: 1) Go to your device Settings → Notifications → 3TABZ and make sure notifications are enabled. 2) Open 3TABZ and check Settings → Notifications to verify reminders are configured. 3) If on iOS, check that Focus Mode or Do Not Disturb isn't blocking 3TABZ. 4) Try logging out and back in to refresh your push token. If the problem persists, contact us at support@3tabz.com.

In the app: go to Settings → Privacy & Data. From there you can tap "Export my data" to request a full copy of everything we hold, or "Delete account" to permanently erase all your data (processed within 30 days). You can also email us at support@3tabz.com to make a data request.

Yes — core features like viewing your medications, logging doses, and setting reminders work offline. Actions taken offline are queued and automatically synced when your connection is restored. AI guidance features require an internet connection.

The Free plan includes core medication tracking, reminders, and dose logging. Pro adds AI-powered guidance, advanced analytics, multiple family collections, occurrence prediction, inventory tracking, and priority support. See the full comparison on our pricing page.

Add your first medication

Tap + on the home screen, search or type your medication name, fill in dosage and schedule.

Set up reminders

Open any medication → tap the bell icon → choose time and repeat frequency.

Log a dose

Tap the checkmark next to a medication from your home screen or from the reminder notification.

Add a family member

Tap Collections → + New Collection → enter a name and start adding their medications.

Use AI guidance

Open any medication → tap "Ask AI" to get general information and guidance (Pro feature).

Track inventory

Add pill count when creating a medication. 3TABZ will alert you when you're running low.
