- Who can use 3TABZ. You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. Parents or guardians may manage children's medicines as dependants under their own account and are responsible for that information.
- What 3TABZ does. Medication reminders, logs, a health diary, safety information and related tools. It is not a medical service — read the Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
- Your account. Keep your password safe and your email up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at security@3tabz.com if you think someone else has access.
- Your content. You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide 3TABZ as described in the Privacy Policy. You must not enter other people's health information without their permission (except dependants you are legally responsible for).
- Care partners and shared reports. You choose who receives alerts or report links. You can stop sharing at any time. Anyone you share a report link and passcode with can read that report until the link expires or you cancel it.
- Acceptable use. Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no attempts to access other accounts, no automated scraping, no unlawful content, no interfering with security features.
- 3TABZ Pro. Optional paid subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play — see Subscription Terms. On iOS, Apple's Standard EULA also applies.
- Availability. We work to keep 3TABZ running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Reminders scheduled on your phone keep working offline, but can be affected by your phone's settings.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about your health. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Your statutory consumer rights (including under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018) are not affected.
- Ending. You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
- Changes. We'll give you notice in the app before material changes take effect.
- Law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in [Lagos State] have jurisdiction, without removing any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
