Emergency? Call your local emergency number now (for example 911 in the US and Canada, 999 in the UK, 112 in the EU and Nigeria) or go to the nearest hospital. 3TABZ is not an emergency or medical service.

Draft for legal and clinical review — version 2026-10-16.

If you think you or someone else may be seriously ill, call 112 or 199 (Nigeria) or go to the nearest hospital now. In the UK call 999, in the US 911.

  1. 3TABZ is not a medical service. It is a medication-reminder and health-diary app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not provide telemedicine or contact with clinicians.
  2. Follow your prescriber. Always take medicines exactly as your doctor or pharmacist told you and as written on the label. Never start, stop, skip or change the dose of a medicine because of something you see in 3TABZ. 3TABZ never suggests doses.
  3. Reminders can fail. Phones can be off, out of battery, on silent or restricted by battery-saving software. Do not rely on 3TABZ as your only way to remember critical doses (e.g. insulin, anti-seizure or HIV medicines).
  4. Warning-sign checks are limited. The Symptom Journal checks what you type against a fixed list of well-known danger signs. It cannot see you, examine you or know your full history. "No warning signs found" does not mean you are well. If you are worried, get medical help.
  5. Medicine information comes from official drug labels (US FDA via openFDA, which may differ from Nigerian-registered products) and a curated list of well-known interactions. It is not complete. "No interaction found" does not mean a combination is safe — always tell your pharmacist about every medicine, herbal remedy (e.g. agbo) and supplement you take.
  6. Patterns and estimates (e.g. "pain was higher on days you slept less", "this condition has returned about every 30 days") are simple calculations from your own logs. They show association, not cause, and are not predictions or diagnoses.
  7. AI-written text (optional, off by default) can be wrong. It is limited to general wellbeing tips and tidying your own notes, never dosing or diagnosis.
  8. Meal plans are general healthy-eating guidance, not a medical or therapeutic diet. Ask your doctor or a dietitian first if you have kidney disease, take insulin, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have had an eating disorder. 3TABZ does not create plans for under-18s.
  9. Care partners are support, not an emergency service. Alerts may be delayed or not delivered.
  10. Buying medicines: use registered pharmacies and check the NAFDAC number on the pack.
